Pasta with Tomato

This Pasta al Pomodoro recipe accentuates the dish's flavors with the richness of Colli Siciliani olive oil, infusing each bite with the essence of Sicilian olives and enhancing the overall taste experience.
Ingredients:
350g of spaghetti or your preferred pasta
500g of ripe tomatoes, diced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
Fresh basil leaves
Salt to taste
Colli Siciliani extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
While the pasta cooks, in a separate pan, heat a generous amount of Colli Siciliani olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until it turns golden and fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, allowing them to simmer until they break down and create a thick sauce. Season with salt to taste.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the tomato sauce.
Toss the pasta in the sauce, ensuring it's well coated.
Tear some fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the pasta before serving.
Finish with a final drizzle of Colli Siciliani extra virgin olive oil to enrich the flavors.
