Fritto Misto di Mare, a crispy delight boasting a selection of shrimp, calamari, and fish fillets. The secret? Colli Siciliani extra virgin olive oil, infusing each bite with the essence of Sicilian olives, ensuring a perfect golden crunch in every piece of seafood.
Ingredients:
400g mixed seafood (such as shrimp, calamari rings, small fish fillets)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Colli Siciliani extra virgin olive oil for frying
Lemon wedges for serving
Salt for seasoning
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper.
Rinse the seafood and pat dry with paper towels.
Heat Colli Siciliani extra virgin olive oil in a deep frying pan or pot, ensuring it's deep enough for frying.
